Job Summary:

Assist drivers with loading/unloading deliveries (50+ lbs).
Verify order accuracy and product condition.
Coordinate delivery timing with customers.
Provide proof of delivery and basic customer support.
Escalate issues and maintain a professional, customer-first experience.

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
0–2 years of experience.
Strong customer service skills.

Preferred:

Warehouse or delivery experience.
Familiarity with shipping documents and safety practices.
Material handling equipment experience.
