Job Summary:
Join our Transportation team as a Delivery Helper, supporting drivers with safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries. This is a non-driving role focused on customer service, product handling, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist drivers with loading/unloading deliveries (50+ lbs).
  • Verify order accuracy and product condition.
  • Coordinate delivery timing with customers.
  • Provide proof of delivery and basic customer support.
  • Escalate issues and maintain a professional, customer-first experience.
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
  • Warehouse or delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents and safety practices.
  • Material handling equipment experience.
