As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you'll oversee critical warehouse operations, lead multiple teams, and play a key role in ensuring orders move safely, accurately, and efficiently through our distribution network. What You'll Do:
As a Supervisor, you'll lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions, including:
  • Receiving and inbound operations.
  • Order processing and case pick.
  • Shipping and loading.
  • Returns processing.
  • Inventory replenishment.
  • General warehouse operations.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse associates.
  • Monitoring productivity and balancing workloads to meet operational goals.
  • Creating a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Providing training, tools, and resources to help associates succeed.
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges and resolving escalated issues.
  • Identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining operational reports and performance documentation.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
  • Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
