Manager, Distribution Center (Two Shift Options: Day / Night)

We’re looking for a Manager, Distribution (Operations) who thrives on coaching teams, driving performance, and delivering results.
Your Role: Manager, Distribution:
Lead distribution operations in a high-volume facility supporting a workforce of 200+ team members across multiple shifts, ensuring efficient throughput and service excellence. Partner with the DC Manager to provide input on operational strategies, performance metrics, and process improvements. Contribute to strategic and operational planning, financial oversight, reporting, and communication. Support fleet operations, ensure compliance, drive inventory accuracy, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across departmental processes.
Preferred Qualifications - Manager, Distribution:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain / distribution center.
- Experience in high-volume distribution environments (100K SQ. FT.) or larger.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement while driving performance.
- Previous experience in fleet management is a plus.
- SAP Operating System Experience, proficiency with MS Excel and reporting.
