We're seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to partner with business leaders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics, data visualization, and storytelling.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who can uncover trends, identify opportunities, and influence business decisions through compelling insights and analytics.

Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau is required. Supply chain experience is a strong plus.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance.
  • Develop analytical solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics, business rules, data structures, and project execution.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Leverage Snowflake to access, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain data support tools, metadata inventories, and data models.
  • Validate data quality and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and deliver findings to key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Snowflake experience required.
    • Strong SQL development and data extraction capabilities.
    • Experience working with large-scale data environments and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Tableau experience required.
    • Dashboard development, visualization design, and data storytelling expertise.
    • Ability to build executive-level reporting and KPI scorecards.
  • Proven experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Operations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive analytical solutions.
